Your Mission
We are strengthening our QA Automation capabilities within the Engineering department. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain automated tests that guarantee the reliability, performance, and quality of our trading and data systems. You will collaborate daily with Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product teams across Tunis, Paris, and Singapore.
You won’t just automate tests, you’ll contribute to shaping best practices, tooling standards, and a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Automation & Quality Engineering
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for functional, non‑functional, and regression scenarios.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Unix Shell, leveraging Robot Framework as our core testing tool.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git · Jenkins).
- Drive improvements in test coverage, stability, and execution performance.
Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with Dev/QA/BA teams across geographies to ensure end‑to‑end quality.
- Influence engineering standards within QA Guilds, cross‑team squads, and collaborative rituals.
- Actively contribute to an engineering culture that values simplification, iteration, and high-quality code.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and propose new methods or tools.
- Participate in innovation sessions, and monthly Show & Tell knowledge‑sharing routines.
- Help build a high‑performance testing ecosystem aligned with observability, automation, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programming and scripting, especially with Python and Unix Shell.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or equivalent automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Strong background in software development, QA practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- High analytical skills, autonomy, rigour, problem-solving capability, and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading environments.
- Experience working in high‑availability, low‑latency, or mission‑critical systems.
- Exposure to observability, monitoring, or data‑intensive systems.
