What You'll Do
Role Purpose
Design, implement, and maintain high-performance test automation ecosystems to guarantee software quality, stability, and delivery speed across mission-critical systems. Drive automation standards, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across international teams to foster technical and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance automated test suites for functional, non-functional, and regression scenarios.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Unix Shell, leveraging Robot Framework as the core testing tool.
- Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins) to support continuous testing.
- Continuously optimize test coverage, execution speed, and test environment stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Dev, QA, and Business Analyst (BA) teams across global sites to ensure end-to-end quality
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, programming, and scripting within QA automation roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python with an interest in working in command-line environments (Shell, Linux)
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
- Solid grounding in QA methodologies, software development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
- High analytical capacity, rigor, autonomy, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading environments, high-availability/low-latency mission-critical systems, and observability/monitoring tools.
